I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, fluent in English and Spanish. I obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of the Rockies and have over 8 years experience with individuals encountering family conflict, communication issues, lack of support, parenting and behavior difficulties with children, coping with stress and life changes, and dealing with depression and anxiety. I also help individuals dealing with physical and emotional abuse. What is your approach to therapy? My therapy style is warm and engaging. I am respectful, compassionate, and sensitive knowing that seeking help and change can sometimes be difficult and scary, especially when it is something new. Dialogue and treatment plans are centered around each person's individual needs and goals. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I intend to help you identify solutions for the change you seek in your life. I am eager to provide support and encouragement to those ready to take the next steps even if the destination is not clear yet. Each experience we encounter helps to build character.
