At times, we all need help in life. Even under the best of circumstances, things happen! It is easy to lose hope when you just can't find the way out. As a counselor who specializes in helping those with depression, grief and relationship issues, I know how tough these things can be. I also know how awesome it is when someone walks with you through the darkness. I know there is always hope, whether you can see or feel it at the moment. We have capacity for amazing change in our lives and sometimes the hardest thing is just letting someone know we need some help. I love what I do and whether it's with me or someone else, if you need it, I hope you will reach out for the support you deserve. That's why I went to school and got licensed. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and issues, although I especially enjoy working with depression and grief issues.

I love to encourage and motivate people. I have a master's of education in community counseling and have been licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor for 24 years. Never, ever, give up!
