I have more than 20 years of experience assessing and treating adults with diverse backgrounds. This experience comes from working as a licensed professional counselor in Missouri and Texas, and as a licensed professional clinical counselor in Minnesota and North Dakota.

Many of my clients benefit from treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, and other issues. Therapy is very emotionally intimate. My clients can expect empathy and a safe, non-judgmental experience combined with evidence-based therapies. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). With EMDR, I will teach you resources to regulate and process your emotions and make you a more effective problem solver. Another treatment modality is Internal Family Systems (IFS). Using the IFS approach, I will teach you how aspects of your personality interact to achieve internal balance and harmony.
