My treatment style works well for someone who wants to work towards specific goals, needs help minimizing symptoms, would like assistance in changing behaviors, wants to change how they perceive events and wants to gain new healthy coping skills. I use techniques from different treatment modalities based on what works best for each client to help with multiple symptoms. We will work together to discover new ways to think about and cope with new situations and process any past events that may need attention to gain helpful awareness. It can be so hard when the symptoms are taking over and preventing you from having the life you want. I am here to listen to what is going on, help you gain awareness and insight into what is currently overwhelming you, and work together to help you take the steps needed to start taking steps toward your goals.
