I received my Master of Arts Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have over 30 years of experience providing therapy and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient clinics; emergency rooms, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders, and concerns with Substance Abuse/Relapse; Grief, Parenting, Sexual Abuse, Family Conflict, Trauma, PTSD, Suicidal Ideation, and Self Harm. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I have specialized training in the “Back In Control” parenting model.
