Greetings,
My name is Doreen DeRoss LPC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the States of Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, and my expertise is related to working with individuals that experience hardships such as divorce, change, etc, as well as symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-harm and suicidal ideation. I specialize in working with all ages with emotion dysregulation.
My therapeutic approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in which my clients are seen as the expert in their lives, while I assist and guide you through learning skills, interpersonal changes, and regulating emotions.
My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their fullest potential and building a life worth living.
