I want you to have what you want for yourself. I do this by incorporating different modalities ranging from mindfulness to EMDR. I have a direct, honest, spiritual and playful approach. My passion is helping people overcome the obstacles in their life and relationships that are holding them back from getting and having what they want, then helping them get what they want. It's only in the darkness that we search for light and that is where change happens. The therapy process is a journey we enter in together, never knowing where it will go but I know I will be there with you and get you through it the whole way.
