Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker having worked in a variety of healthcare and mental health settings over the last 6 years. I have experience working with people from all different backgrounds who are experiencing depression, anxiety, loss/grief, substance abuse, relationship issues, serious medical diagnosis, and any life changing situations.

I enjoy building relationships with people while providing guidance and support in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. My approach is client centered and strengths based. I meet you where you are (emotionally) and will work with you to find healing and peace.
