My name is Donna and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am devoted to working with children/teens and their parents to manage challenges and cope with situations such as Worry, Anxiety, Stress, Self-Esteem, Parenting Concerns, Peer Relationships, School Avoidance, and ADHD. Throughout my experience, I have found incorporating certain tips and techniques can drastically improve family communication and function.

While clients have frequently referred to me as a good listener, caring, and compassionate, I strive to remain flexible and focused on the needs of each individual client. I am a therapist with more than 15 years of experience, who specializes in working with children/teens with anxiety and stress and maintain additional certification for this area.

You are welcome to message me anytime through Find A Therapist. The frequency with which you can have access to a counselor to work through day to day challenges is extremely beneficial for most and a nice change from traditional outpatient counseling. I usually check messages at least twice each day, seven days per week. I offer messaging, live chat, phone sessions, and video sessions. Please note that what you see in my calendar may not reflect my only availability so you are more than welcome to check with me through messaging first.
