I am a licensed professional counselor with a Master's Degree in Counseling with a Mental Health Service Provider designee, and I am licensed in the state of Tennessee. I have over 7 years counseling experience and have provided counselor services to children, adolescents, women, families, and soldiers, in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, life skills, child-parent relationships.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy and consider us partners throughout the process. It is my belief that clients are the experts of their own lives and should have an active role in guiding treatment. I hope that we can work together to achieve your primary goals.
I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
My belief is that clients have the capacity to learn, change and grown so that they may experience more meaningful, healthier, and happier lives.
