Souza once stated, "Happiness is not a destination, it is a journey." If you have found yourself questioning your own happiness, you may be questioning your journey. Asking for help along the way can sometimes be difficult; however, we I hope to offer you comfort in making that decision and help guide you. Healing takes time, but you don't have to do it alone. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience treating individuals with anxiety, chronic pain, depression & self-esteem concerns, though I treat other concerns, including mood disorders and OCD to name a few. I am inspired by holistically based approaches; mindfulness, CBT and Energy Psychology.
I am skillfully grounded in a variety of holistic practices and would welcome an opportunity to meet with you. I aspires to understand you as the whole person, mind & body, and strives to help you reach beyond your limitations. Through purposeful, meaningful intervention, healing is possible.
