About

Hello, I am Donna Clark! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than twenty years of experience providing both individual and group counseling to clients in need. I began my experience and education by non-traditional means. Through different life experiences, I was introduced to the field of addiction treatment and became employed as a counselor assistant. Through this employment, I decided to pursue formal education and was accepted in Lincoln Universitys Master degree program designed specifically for adults who were employed in the Human Services field. I graduated in the top ten of my class. I have worked in all levels of care in the behavior health field. I have worked in the field as a regulatory auditor to assess programs compliance with regulations imposed by legislature and funding sources. This gave me an insight to working in the behavior health field that I did not have previously, making me a better therapist. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space, to work side by side to overcome traumas, and barriers. I specialize in addiction disorders, forensic concerns and women and children issues. You can count on my empathetic and person-centered approach towards every conversation we take part on. Thank you for taking the first step and for allowing me to be part of this very important journey. Look forward to meeting you!
