Hello, my name is Donna Hardee. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina. I have been counseling for over 20 years. I worked with Vocational Rehabilitation coaching people with cognitive, physical or emotional issues on jobs and doing career counseling. I have been a licensed counselor since 2016. Since working as a licensed counselor, I have partnered with many people to help them reach their goals and become the very best version of themselves. I believe healing takes place in your mind, body and soul. I have served people who have depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, trauma, etc.

My counseling style is warm and accepting. I do conversational therapy (that's the southerner in me). I believe in and I practice unconditional positive regard. I provide a safe place for people to share thoughts, feelings and emotions without judgement. My primary treatment modality is cognitive behavioral therapy. However, I do believe in individuality. I understand that everyone is unique and requires individualized planning and counseling style. I am kind and understanding. I enjoy hearing people's stories and their journeys. I believe in working together as a team to reach goals.

I do sessions by video, audio or live chat. If you message me, I usually respond in 24 hours (with the exception of week-ends).
