Hi,
My name is Donna. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I’ve worked in mental health for 18 years. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I’ve helped clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, loss, and trauma. As a therapist I believe our physical health and relationships are connected to our mental health. Everyone deserves to be heard and supported. I offer traditional counseling as well as Christian counseling.
Since I graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 2004, I’ve worked in hospitals, clinics, schools, and treatment centers. My counseling style can best be described as eclectic, I’ve been trained in cognitive behavioral, anger resolution, and trauma.
The thing I love most about counseling is seeing people heal and achieve their goals.
