I am a licenced clinical social worker providing individual therapy in Maryland and Pennsylvania. I have 25 years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of issues and stressors including depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, family issues, life challenges and healthy adjustment to life changes. I have extensive experience working with the aging population, caregivers, chronic and debilitating illness, and death and dying.
I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, warmth, compassion and understanding. I believe a person is much more than a category or label and use a strengths based approach with multi-modal forms of therapy.
