I have been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 1996 and have provided counseling to ages 12 yrs old to 100 yrs of age. My speciality is aging although I have tons of experience working with couples as well as counseling for depression , anxiety, and some addictions. My therapy style is calming . You will never be judged as I am also very open minded . I am here to help improve clients quality of life as well as to help problem solve. I usually use cognitive behavior therapy to help clients.
