I respect people who seek out therapy and hope that you will reach out to me and introduce yourself. Change can be difficult to master alone and I believe that the client therapist relationship, having respect and providing a safe place for exploration can initiate that change. We all need support, guidance and inspiration on our journey to self care and living the life we want to live.
