Hello! As an attachment/emotionally focused therapist, I am fully present in session, and aware of the emotions in the room when we're working together. I'll sit with you as you explore your thoughts and feelings, consider consequences, and discover your own inner wisdom.

We'll engage in two-way conversation, too. My clients come in because they're tired of surviving and are ready to learn how to thrive. So, we talk about ways to heal from trauma, and the skills necessary for thriving, so you can create the life you want for yourself.

I work with clients with a wide variety of concerns and goals, but I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Most of my clients have a parent or partner with narcissistic traits. I also work with individuals who believe they have narcissistic traits.
