I am a Christian mental health Professional with over 25 years of experience helping people improve their quality of life. I have a genuine heart to serve others with dignity, understanding, respect, and a sensitivity to their life circumstances and the challenges they are experiencing. I genuinely believe that individuals are trying to do their best and it is my honor and privilege to come alongside them when they are in need of support or help.

I respect that people I serve are the best experts in what's important and needed in their lives. In my practice, I value and desire that the people I serve are an important part of the treatment planning and setting goals for therapy. I have had the privilege of assisting people with a wide range of life challenges and mental health concerns.

In addition, I have extensive training and experience in working with children and adults that have experienced trauma. Together we find ways of building resilience to move beyond the trauma. In addition to being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am also a National Trainer and Consultant for Nurturing Parenting Programs and a Certified Fundamentals of Substance Abuse Counselor.
