My approach to therapy is one that includes physical wellness, as well as emotional wellness. I believe we cannot heal emotionally without addressing any physical healing we need as well. When we improve our physical health, our sleep, our nutrition, and our self-care we can greatly impact the improvement of our mental and emotional health. I utilize a blend of CBT, Problem Solving Skills, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness to help you improve your ability to manage difficulties, challenge the thought processes that create stress in your life, and process the negative experiences that have impacted how you live your life today.
