Hello, my name is Dona J. Clair and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My focus is on individuals who are attempting to find inner peace and healing and who are wanting to make positive changes in their lives. I seek to encourage and guide you on this journey to find healing and self-acceptance. I look forward to walking beside you as you attempt to navigate life’s difficulties. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, and Mindfulness and view challenging situations through a strength-based approach. I have a passion for working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I look forward to meeting you.
