I am a collaborative, interactive EMDR trained therapist with expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, communication barriers, negative self-talk, PTSD, infidelity and self-esteem struggles. I work in partnership with you to reach your identified therapeutic goals with the application of evidence-based therapies. I strive to build a foundation of trust and encouragement to help you process the experiences that have led to challenges in your daily living. Being that safe, unconditionally supportive space for you to confidentially share your story is my goal.
A little about me. I am a mom of four amazing adults and one bellowing cat. I love what I have chosen to do for a living, along with reading, baking, making pottery and puttering around in my 'garden' in which I have a Ph.D. in growing weeds. I am licensed in Florida, am a Qualified Clinical Supervisor for Registered Clinical Interns and a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work (BCD). I have been practicing in the fields of Psychology and Clinical Social Work since 2001.
