I treat addictions, codependency, unhealthy relationship with sex/porn, infidelity/recovering from infidelity, and issues related to LGBTQ including addictions, shame, internalized homophobia, intimacy issues, and acceptance. Other common areas I treat are social anxiety, chronic stress, depression, and PTSD/Trauma. My focus is providing you a safe, warm relationship in which you can process your experiences free from judgment and shame. I will provide you with skills to develop healthy thoughts and behaviors while helping you better understand yourself. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and others.
