I will guide you, hold space for you and teach you strategies to cope with your challenges , hold boundaries and create the life that you want. I am a bilingual LCSW that is culturally centered and have over 15 years of clinical experience to offer you. My approach is strength-based and centered around uplifting you. Your treatment plan will be developed taking into account what is aligned with your values and lifestyle. My work is rooted in Liberation Psychology and I always have a social justice framework.
