Hello! I’m Dipesh, a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting/familial problems, substance abuse, LGBTQ-related issues, self-confidence/self-esteem, career challenges, and coping with life changes. I’ve also worked in a multitude of practice settings including private practice, intensive outpatient programs, residential treatment programs, as well as acute care settings. I really love spending the time to get to know my clients on a personal and deep level, so I know exactly where they’re coming from and where they’re trying to go. My approach is very client-centered and warm while also utilizing a multitude of therapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral (CBT) mindfulness, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and existential to name a few. I always tailor each client’s treatment plan to meet their specific and unique needs. I understand it might seem daunting or intimidating to get started with therapy, however I always start by meeting my clients where they are at and getting a true understanding of what they would like to accomplish. It is my belief that therapy should create some sort of movement, whether it’s in actual tangible change or just helping to move the conversation further in your mind.
