Sometimes life throws obstacles in our way that can make us experience emotions that sometimes can leave us feeling helpless, hopeless, angry, and unmotivated. My purpose is to help others overcome obstacles, empower, and rise above challenges or stressors that we may encounter on a daily basis. My name is Dionne and I specialize in working with children and adolescents that have complex trauma histories, mood disorders, behavioral health problems, and grief through individual and group therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings including foster care, schools, and behavioral health hospitals. I utilize several modalities such as CBT, TBRI, and trauma informed practices to help clients reach their goals.
