"Hello and welcome! My name is Dina Weiss and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida. I have been working as a skilled clinician for over 24 years in community, clinical and medical settings. I graduated from Hunter College in New York City with my Master's of Social Work degree in 1997. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families who struggle with a wide variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and prolonged grief. My focus is also working with individuals who contend with issues related to life transitions, navigating friendships and interpersonal relationships, building healthier family dynamics, and addressing complex losses. My therapy style is interactive, exploratory, collaborative, enthusiastic, empathic and strength-based. I welcome and encourage feedback as part of the essential communication process. My belief is that through individualizing your unique treatment plan and working alongside you, the therapeutic alliance is optimized and your strengths are enhanced."
