About

Great to meet you! I am Dina Vineberg and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, and also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I have experience working with many cultures and ages. I specialize in working with anxious and/or depressed individual adult clients and use Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , and Narrative Therapy to induce a brighter outlook. My approach I utilize Client-centered, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy in our work together. These modalities help to gain insight, strengthen one's coping and communication skills, increase awareness of self, and thus captures how one perceives their unique narrative. My focus I currently work with individual adult clients from a mix of different cultures and socio-economic situations. I am especially comfortable treating those suffering from anxiety, trauma, depression, low self worth, and adapting to life transitions of all sorts. My communication style I consistently exhibit a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for my clients to escape to. My goal is for each client to feel heard and seen throughout our sessions. My journey to mental healthcare Due to losing my Mother at the age of two to Depression, I have especially been drawn to the field of psychology. Consequently, my brother suffered his whole life with PTSD from the trauma he witnessed then, which resulted in his ending of his own life. These situations increased my passion to soften anxiety, depression, and confusion that rises from unfortunate life circumstances. Rather than succumbing to any hardships in life, I help my clients find the strength that exists within YOU. My goals for you Together, we will collaborate and create individual goals for the client. These goals will continually be tracked in our time together to ensure the release of new behaviors for a more satisfying life.
