Having the right words when they matter most is what my clinical practice is all about. I work with adults who are seeking to develop effective communication and boundary-setting skills. Understanding the dynamic of codependency and impacts of trauma(s) has helped adults with whom I work to gain insight, empathy and emotional health. My direct and empathic approach encourages motivation, mindfulness and healthier relationships.
