I believe that all things are connected; mind, body, and spirit and with this I treat the whole person. With my eclectic style; I provide models such as CBT with a focus on Post Relationship Trauma. In addition to CBT I support clients in Solution Focused Brief therapy to help create “right now” tools to use as you begin to understand your triggers, Narrative Therapy to create empowering narratives around your journey and most of all screams “HEALING!” What is your approach to therapy? Therapy can be very scary however remote therapy allows there to be a sense of ease and calmness because it’s done in the safe space of your choosing; likewise engaging in remote therapy doesn’t allow a busy life to get in the way of your healing.
