Hello, My name is Dina Posey. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a little over ten years of experience. I have experience conducting individual, group, and couples counseling. I have taught a wide range of educational classes which include: Anger Management, Overcoming Depression, Social Skills Training, Managing Stress, and Repairing Broken Relationships. My counseling approach combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focus Therapy.
