I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice for over 20 years. My work has focused on empowering my clients and providing them the guidance to reach their goals. Everyone deserves to feel their best and function effectively in their lives, my goal is to help you get there.
I have extensive experience in working with adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups, on a wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, relationship issues, etc. In addition, I have worked extensively with clients who have complex medical and health concerns. I am comfortable with solution focused and short term therapy, as well as cognitive-behavioral techniques, and psychodynamic counseling. I tailor our work to your comfort level and needs.
