I believe everyone has the strength and resources within themselves to grow and confront life’s challenges. Through nonjudgmental support and honest feedback, I work with individuals and couples to help rediscover their own ability to effectively overcome obstacles and improve satisfaction in their relationship.

In order to help you productively manage conflicts, you will be taught methods to manage “resolvable problems” and dialogue about “gridlocked” issues. I will also help you to appreciate your relationship’s strengths and to gently navigate through its vulnerabilities.
