About
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship issues, LGBT+ issues, or individuals trying to get out of a rut because they're tired of feeling stuck. Every client is unique and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, but if you enjoy working toward positive behavior change, I think we'd be a good fit. I allow each client the space for us to process and explore issues together while also providing guidance and direction (most of my clients say it's a healthy mix of both).
My style of therapy is laid back, nonjudgmental, and conversational. My goal is to help clients gain the necessary skills to help regulate their emotions outside of therapy.
I know that looking for a therapist can be an overwhelming and exhausting process, but I'm glad you somehow landed on my profile. One of the most important factors when it comes to therapy is the "fit" between client and therapist. My goal is to help make you feel as comfortable as possible, so that you can be your most authentic self in session.
