I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mediator, and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist backed with over 20 years of in-field experience. I have worked with various clients of different backgrounds with a wide range of mental health issues. These issues range from Parenting issues to just simply stress. My counseling style is comforting, private, client-detailed, and completely confidential. Respect for others and myself, compassion, and dedication are a few qualities that i bring to each client session. Client-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy are my main approaches when introduced to new clients.
