Hello, thank you for finding the strength to reach out for help! My name is Diego and I would like to be the one to help you on your journey to a more fulfilling and balanced life. I am a therapist who is focused on empowering you to be at the center of your time in therapy. To do this, we will be setting personal and purposeful goals as well as mapping a path together to achieve them. A bit about myself, I am from Houston, Texas. I graduated with my Bachelors's in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University (Go Jacks!) and my Masters in Counseling from the University of Houston. My professional license is as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I am experienced in several forms of therapy with a variety of age groups, ethnicities, and life situations. My focus is on trauma, depression, anxiety, and other adjustment-related disorders. I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults but have experience with all age groups. Come see me!
