I am licensed in Florida with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, & coping with life changes. I am a strengths-based, solution focused therapist offering an eclectic approach combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and good old fashioned talk therapy.
