I am an NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting the mental and emotional well-being of others. I have over ten years of counseling experience helping youths and adults manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and other psychiatric disorders. I have experience providing individual, couple, family, and group therapies to culturally diverse populations. My approach is person-centered, but I adapt other evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you cope and reach your personal goals. As your therapist, I am your guide to help you uncover the tools you need to regain the strength, confidence, and clarity to keep moving forward. I must provide a safe, confidential, and open space that will aid your journey towards self-discovery and healing.
