I'm here to help you lead a healthier and more satisfying life! Therapy is beneficial for many people with many different life experiences. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you navigate to where you want to go. I'm solution-focused and client-centered. Therapy can definitely be hard. Often I will compare therapy to cleaning out your garage: in the middle it's a bigger mess than before you began but at the end things have a place, the junk is mostly gone and there is a sense of accomplishment. That's my therapeutic goal for you.
