Do you feel like you have way too many things in the way to be who you want and attaining your goals? I believe within us lies the resiliency needed to ignite the desire to overcome the obstacles before us. As a first-generation therapist, I am rooted in my Hispanic heritage, culture, and faith. Native to Puerto Rico and raised in South Florida. Fueled by the desire to help people and walk alongside them, I chose to pursue a career in mental health counseling. We all have battles we’re fighting, why do it alone? Together we will empower you to reach your goals. I am also bilingual and able to service individuals and families whose primary language is Spanish.
