I am a mental health counselor licensed in the state of Florida with over nine years of experience working as a therapist and grief counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anticipatory grief, bereavement, terminal illness, parenting, and couples counseling.
My counseling style is interactive and goal oriented. I am empathic and believe in treating each and every person with respect and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational, and humanistic therapies. I will comprise a treatment plan specifically for your unique needs.
