My name is Diane Wend-Welch and I am licensed in the State of Virginia and have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I've worked on hospital units with individuals who are feeling depressed, anxious, suicidal as well as well as those diagnosed with more severe mental health issues. I have also worked in private practice with couples, and individuals, and I currently have my own business.



I use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach because individuals
don't always understand that they feel the way they think, toxic thoughts are a real thing, and how to spot your own thinking errors. We all have those! I have personally had my own life issues with family (who doesn't) and learned that I play my own part within the family system and I needed to change. It wasn't easy but I made it and you can too.
