I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My career has given me the ability to provide help to a wide variety of diversified backgrounds. I have been a Social Worker for eight years. If there is one thing that I have learned, that is to meet people where they are. This platform is intended for you to gain new perspective while learning new skills to cope with your difficult challenges. It is my pleasure to help you develop and maintain healthy strategies to use beyond our time together.

My therapy style is considered to be more client centered. I strongly believe that you are the expert in your life. My role is to empower you and to teach you the necessary tools needed to attain your goals. I do believe in a collaborative approach, however I want to challenge you to take the lead. It is often found in client-centered approach that clients already have the answers, yet guidance is still a needed.

There are many styles of therapy. I will be using techniques from various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Model, Interpersonal Therapy and Life Coaching. Through these treatment models, we will set goals and learn to deal with challenges in a more effective way.

It is important in any therapeutic relationship to build trust. Being able to communicate empathy, understanding and genuineness are all integral components for establishing a strong foundation. I have learned as a clinician that the client-therapist rapport has a significant impact on successful therapy. Therefore, my aim is to create an atmosphere for you to share.
