Hi there, I'm Diane! Hi there, I’m Diane! For me, therapy is all about helping individuals to work past trauma they have experienced, improve abilities to cope, improve self-esteem, and overall just feel better. My approach I am very client and solution focused in my approach. I fit the type of therapy to my client. I am very down to earth and use a variety of modalities such as DBT, CBT, Solution focused and Narrative therapy. It really depends on what will work best with each client. My focus I focus on helping patients with issues surrounding domestic violence, breaking OCD patterns, improving ability to cope with stress, letting go of trauma, improving self esteem, and adjusting to difficult life changes. Communication I listen to my clients, engage honestly, and tell them the things they need to hear. I also assign homework to ensure we re not just talking; we re actually getting better.
