I am a clinical psychotherapist offering both in-person and telemedicine appointments. I have extensive experience in both private practice and inpatient settings. I specialize in treating mood and adjustment disorders and work with people aged 18 and older. I have a deep interest and commitment to the work I do and would love the opportunity to help you. I use elements of CBT/DBT, Solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies in my work. Most importantly, my practice is mindfulness-based and trauma-informed. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent twenty years in corporate America. I am also a meditation and yoga instructor (hot, power vinyasa is my happy place). I am an avid reader, hiker, animal lover, and devoted mom.
