Hi! I am an independently licensed clinical counselor in southwestern Ohio, and I have 25 years experience. I strongly believe in the goodness of all people, that my clients have their own answers, and that my job is to help my clients uncover those answers. I work in a variety of ways that are best suited to my clients. A person might want a step-by-step therapy that is more logical and may include 'homework'. Or a client might prefer a more person-centered approach, where they can tell their story and have guidance to connect the dots in a less linear way. There are many right ways to do therapy, and I'm sure together we can discover what is most helpful for you.

I work with clients who are experiencing depression, PTSD symptoms, sexual and physical abuse, the effects of growing up or living with people suffering from addiction, anxiety, attachment issues, and communication problems. I have helped parents who have biological, adopted, or foster children and face challenges in their families. I am comfortable with clients who have cognitive, speech or vision difficulties.
