I have spent my career as an educator and mental health clinician engaging with individuals and families while they seek guidance in these areas. My experience in schools, homes, and agencies has allowed me the opportunity to help these individuals find hope and reach goals. I am a licensed mental health clinician with an extensive background in the educational and business settings. I offer a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, low self-esteem, anger management, grief, trauma, and parenting challenges.
