I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of professional experience in the behavioral health field with 5 years of professional experience providing clinical psychotherapeutic services to adults challenged by issues that have lead to depression, anxiety, grief, transitional life events, and overall psychosocial stressors that have impacted overall mood and functioning. I look forward to helping you explore and understand the origins that brought depression and/or anxiety and patterns that may interfere with your happiness to devise strategies for meaningful changes in your life. As a clinical social worker, I use a holistic collaborative treatment approach as a guiding principal to facilitate change and/or life improvement.
