Welcome! I am an LCSW in California and have worked in the field for 6 years. I became a therapist because I get to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their overall functioning. Currently, I am a contracted provider for the State of California Victims of Crime Program where I work with those impacted by crimes. I also work for an integrated health clinic where we take into account emotional and physical well-being and address symptoms and behaviors related to mental heath. I believe therapy is a partnership where we work together to find a better way of living and coping with life.
