What should your client know about you? Hi! I am a therapist and a mom, and I am passionate about helping people feel how they want to feel and accomplish what they want to accomplish. I have experience in working with adolescents and adults and use an individualized approach to help everyone reach their goals. What is your approach to therapy? My approach to wellness is discovering what works for you and guiding you through the process. I feel like so many of us carry unprocessed trauma and I have enjoyed using brainspotting to help my clients heal that trauma and then help them define their values to help them get where they want to go. As the client, you will be doing most of the work but I will support you on your journey, provide guidance, and help you be focused and well. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I want every client to take something away from every session. I help you plan and work towards reaching both your short-term and long-term goals. You will develop greater power over your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a way that helps you be successful in being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live.
